On one hand, a response like that means it's definitely not an actual emergency. On the other, it's probably the last thing Beverly would have expected Richie to say. Her eyes widen a little as she looks at her phone screen, pausing for a few seconds by the door to her apartment. She'll still meet him wherever, if he wants, but at least now that she knows there's nothing wrong, she doesn't feel like she has to rush out as quickly as she can.
